Who killed Carlos Sousa

As we approach the 5th anniversary of the death of the 17 year old patron at the San Francisco Zoo. I am saddened and ashamed of the great city where I was born and still live. On Christmas day almost 5 years ago a 300 pound 4 year old Siberian tiger bounded out of her substandard enclosure and ripped the throat out of a young man at the San Francisco Zoo. Almost immediately the San Francisco Zoological Society: the organization that is paid over 4 million a year from the city coiffures to manage our Zoo; went into damage control spin mode, the Society hired the former city attorney Louise Renee and the famous Spin doctor Sam Singer. What followed was the most despicable display of wealth and influence over civil rights and law I have ever seen. Stories were planted in New York news papers that; thanks to the Internet, were front page here the next day: "That sling shots were found pine cones were thrown and even legs were dangled" to aid in the escape of the almost 9ft animal from her 12 ft 4 inch walled enclosure. The absurdity of the misinformation was not lost on some, but overwhelmingly the public bought into these false accusations and agreed with the soulless hate mongers that these young men deserved what they got. Spending about 2 million dollars the Zoological society was able to side step criminal charges and a long embarrassing civil trial. Now; the brothers that incited so much hatred were given 900 thousand dollars with almost half of that going to their lawyer and the Sousa family reportedly received about 1 million. People shook their heads and went back to their lives. There is one big problem here; The San Francisco Zoological Society just got away with Murder. That's right; when the level of your negligence rises to, where it causes the death of another human being, this is called murder three or involuntary manslaughter, just like if you left your hunting rifle loaded in your closet and had a party and someone took it out and shot someone dead you would be tried for manslaughter, I say you; because if it was you or I, we certainly would be, now if you are 63 of the richest people in the bay area; like the zoological society, you pull every string you have bought over the last 20 years and you spend a half million dollars on PR, ruin several lives, and BOOM! you skate.
