Welcome to the Zoo: The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission Crooks and Cronies

I read to day that the Mayor of San Francisco: Gavin Newsome and District Attorney Kamila Harris have worked hard to expose then arrest and bring charges against several Electricians , by the looks of it had a somewhat intricate and profitable scam going on for many years. I applaud our public officials for their diligence and willingness to address a very serious problem in our city. However; I wonder if the investigation stops there? The Problem with these "Mini Scams", there is always a support group further up the food chain that enables these criminals to operate.
