San Francisco Zoo Can't seem to get it together

The Zoo can't seem to get it together, missing dead lines getting fined by the courts,you would think they would have better things to spend their money on. And Looks like they added another expensive bureaucrat. This bureaucrat interviewed me for about two hours, he told me he was part of the Mayors peer review : not connected to the Zoo, So I told him everything; Turns out he works for the Zoological Society.
